To lock in the brow pencil's soft color for up to 24, budge-proof hours, apply the 24-hr brow setter clear brow gel (sold separately) on top. To use, hold the pencil along the custom control grip. To shape brows, use longer, horizontal strokes along the base of your brow. To fill, draw short, upward strokes in the direction of your natural hair growth. Finally, gently brush through brows with the spoolie to evenly blend the color and tame the hairs.
